Tenders are invited for Final External Evaluation of the Approach Program "Personalized Local Support for Organizational Strengthening, Change and the Commitment of Caritas in Sub-Saharan Africa" Applications a) Calendar · Publication of the offer:-April 2023 · Reception of proposals: until May 8, 2023 · Selection process: early May 2023 · Start of the mission (documentary work and telephone exchanges): in May b). How to apply Only duly registered independent consultants or employees of a consulting company can respond. Health, medical evacuation, accident and liability insurance coverage will be required Applications should be sent to: dept.personnelpuisexterne@secours-catholique.org before May 8, 2023 The response file must include: · A summary of no more than two pages explaining how the proposal meets the requested criteria · A technical proposal with CV of the consultant(s) (5 pages maximum) highlighting the experiences and skills requested · 3 references available · A financial offer including VAT separating the amount of fees and an estimate of travel expenses (other expenses related to the mission will be reimbursed on the basis of actual expenses incurred) · The costs of organization and participation of the various actors in the workshop, including the consultant (plane ticket, visa, accommodation, meals), will be borne directly by the SCCF.
