- The mission entrusted to the holder consists in carrying out training for proximity management of bio -waste on the territory of the Pic and Etang union. Plusters types of training will be offered. The holder must propose the following training:-Site referent formation (RS),-Guide-Compostor Training (GC),-Master-Composteur Training (MC),-Animator/Network Trice Training, -Forming to the fight against food waste,-Training to prevention and management of plant waste.-Training animator/trice in composting.-Training at the LombriCostage.- Training on Compost uses in the garden.-An exceptional animation. Training use active pedagogy methods with visits to composting sites or practical workshops. Animation techniques favor exchange between trainers and participants, integrate practical work and promote exchange of experiences.
