- This consultation concerns the feasibility study for the creation of a heat and cold network valuing the energy of the waters of the chin and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin purification stations in favor of the building in the territory of the carf. The study has the main objectives of:-to study the technical-economic feasibility of a hot, cold and hot/cold configuration network Temperate "will also be studied) via the wastewater network,- to offer technical solutions adapted to the context and the possibilities offered by the two production sites and buildings to be supplied with hot, cold and DHWs,- to compare the solution on wastewater with other possibilities in terms of investment, exploitation and environmental impacts by applying a" as "reasoning" legal.
