- the objective of the contract is the outsourcing by contract of part of the collection of CHRDS receipts (factoring) in order to enable the establishment to obtain cash. This contract is a public service contract, the purpose of which is to set up a pre-finance servicement of T2a receipts (activity-based pricing), or of another method of financing replacing it for the benefit of the Center Hospitalier Rives de Seine. This service will make it possible to finance in advance the receivables held by the Contracting Authority on health insurance
