Description:
This notice aims to set up a market aimed at defining the conditions and procedures for providing an outsourced backup copy service, as described in the CSFT and the service contract.

The externalized backup copy service must make it possible to carry out inAn environment outside the RATP, a secure copy of backups in production so as to have data and holy systems and to have the ability to rebuild a minimum service.

The service must:
• provide a new copy of backups to an external siteDifferent of the current IT centers "Belliard" and "Bagneux";
• Allow the amount of saved data without binding limit to the development of the RATP safeguard service offer to its trades;
• Ensure isolation and integrity control of backups(Sanctuary of backups);
• have an isolated environment to experience the integrity of backups (lab);
• Ensure the ability to manage on a daily basis for exercises but also in crisis, the execution of secure restorations;
• meet the requirements of normalization ofbackups;
• Suggest access to safeguarded data independent of the own authentication mechanisms of the RATP network;
• Have recovery resources for environments designated by RATP in the event of a claim (rescue).
