Description:
The purpose of this contract is to carry out work relating to the restructuring-extension of the workshops on the Fashion site of the Lycée Fernand RENAUDEAU in Cholet (49). This operation aims to increase the surface area of educational workshops and to meet the needs for acoustic comfort and functionality between the different spaces (E-mode Platform, administration, staff premises, etc.) and restructuring of educational workshop areas and school life; which results in: ❖ An EXTENSION for approximately 1,200 m², ❖ A RESTRUCTURING of levels 0 and 1, linked to school life and the students' work and living spaces, the sewing workshops, the permanent contract, the creation of teaching premises, ❖ TECHNICAL RENOVATIONS: - Roof terraces; - Courtyard, roller shutters, heating-ventilation-lighting; - Acoustic treatment of educational spaces and circulation areas. In total, approximately 5,000 m² of useful surface area including: - 1,173 m² in new construction; - 3,822 m² in restructuring; The OPC's forecast schedule provides for 3 major phases of work, allowing the work to be carried out in drawer operation. Catering and some existing toilets are excluded from the scope of the operation.
