Description:
The operation will consist of a design-build contract for a 2000m2 extension of the current South Gates in order to develop 3 new Schengen Gates, a flexible point of sale area and a sanitary block, with their dedicated technical premises. The building will be on one level on the tarmac floor, the roof will be equipped with architecturally integrated photovoltaic panels.

EXPANSION SOUTH GATES
Extension of 2000m2 of the current South Gates in order to develop 3 new Schengen Gates, a flexible point of sale area and a toilet block, with their dedicated technical premises. The building will be on one level on the ground floor, the roof will be equipped with photovoltaic panels integrated architecturally.
Compensation: All final offers, compliant and complete, will be compensated up to a maximum of €40,000 excluding tax within conditions appearing in the consultation regulations. The compensation paid to the holder constitutes an advance and will be deducted from the sums due to the titre du marche.
