Description:
This consultation concerns the extension and rehabilitation of the premises of the Center Department Enfance et Famille (CDEF), 425 route de Launaguet in Toulouse, to improve the functionalities and reception conditions of the establishment. This set of buildings that date from the 1970s is An emergency reception center (3 months) for minors in the territory and also family cells with great social difficulty. it is located in the town of toulouse, at the border of the three municipalities of toulouse, aucamville and launaguet. with an increase in need, pathologies and different handicaps, all of the children's reception structures are today completely saturated. the operation is part of the occitanie sustainable building approach.
Provisional work envelope: 19,600,000 euros HT. The holder will be entrusted with a basic mission of master's degree work with visa within the meaning of article R2431-4 of the CCP. This mission will be supplemented by the following elements: detailed quantitative decomposition (DQD), SSI, Diag, Environment, Exploitation, BIM synthesis, BIM management and operating model and OPC
