Description:
The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are regulated by fixed prices.
The consultation concerns the work for construction / rehabilitation of the Blaise Pascal School Group and the Pimprenelle and Nicolas Daycare Center, located near the St Joseph Church and the Roubaix canal, on the fringes of the Union ZAC.
The operation is part of the New National Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU) and will participate in the requalification of the neighborhood.
The program is made up of 12 classes (220 to 300 students) divided into:
- 7 elementary classes
- 4 nursery classes + 1 bridge class
- 1 school restaurant with a capacity of 130 students
- 1 daycare with 24 places (30 during school holidays)
He integrates the layout of outdoor spaces: courtyard, square, terraces, garden, etc.
The project is broken down into:
- A firm tranche for all new construction, bringing together the reconstruction of the daycare, the school restaurant, the kindergarten and associated functions as well as the development of the exterior spaces necessary for the functioning of these spaces (estimated floor area of 2119 m2).
