- The redevelopment project for the Henri IV college in Vaujours, entrusted to JFS Architectes, aims to adapt the establishment to the increase in enrollment, from 600 to 800 students. Modifications include the creation of additional classrooms, the expansion of the dining hall, the addition of sanitary facilities and improving accessibility as well as the creation of Oasis courses
Lot n1 General contractor
This contract provides for two mandatory Optional Additional Services (PSE) concerning lot 01. PSE 1 in addition to the waterproofing repair of building no. 1 direction, No. 2 sport and No. 3 basic restorations concern the refurbishment of the remaining roofs, from the literature building to the arts buildings. PSE 2 concerns the implementation of 21 bladeless air fans in the catering room (air fans to the HVAC lot, power supplies to the Electricity lot)

lot 02 is reserved for integration structures through economic activity mentioned in article L.5132-4 of the Labor Code and equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion of 50% of disadvantaged workers
