Description:
The Mixed Mobility Syndicate of the Grenoble area wishes to relaunch Lot 3 relating to the operation of urban, non -urban, school transport and reservation transport in the Voironnais country sector.
The initial duration provided for the execution of all services is to Four (4) years and eight (8) months from January 1, 2026 (the date of commissioning is 02/01/2026). The contracting authority will have the ability to decide the extension
of the market, depending on the same conditions, in particular tariffs, for a
once one (1) year old.
The services provided are paid in the form:
- global and lump sum prices for the exploitation of urban, non -urban and school transport defined in the provisional operating account of the technical and financial framework annexed to this contract,
- unit prices applied to transportation services by reservation actually made according to a mileage scale per race specified to the technical and financial framework annexed,
- unit prices as part of the implementation of a review clause
The contract provides for an option which consists in the creation of the Flexo 53 line: St Nicolas de Macherin voiron.
It will be exted for a minimum duration of one year
and, unless unilateral decision of the contracting authority.
