Description:
The purpose of the market is the implementation, operating and animation of an express carpooling line service, at high level of service. He understands in particular:
- carrying out the necessary opportunity / feasibility studies;
- the provision of a dedicated application;
- Operating lines and animation of the co -carrier community;
- the supply and deployment of the necessary furniture.
The market consists:
- of a confirmed purchase (lump sum, DPGF), supported by NAM as a buyer and which concerns the establishment of 5 express carpooling lines Distributed over the following two corridors:
- the A10 corridor comprising 3 lines and representing 22 stops;
- The A62 corridor comprising 2 lines and representing 12 stops.
- And a framework agreement (part at unit prices, BPU) covering the needs of NAM or members to the purchase power station for the creation and operation of other express carpooling lines in their territories.
