Description:
This consultation concerns the creation of 3 lots:
- Lot 95: PM377 Gabriello / EP Sari Solenzara
- Lot 96: PC378 Coggia / College de Vico
- Lot 97: PM219 Casella / Acqua Doria
Given the obligation to ensure the continuity of the public school transport service, in accordance with Article R2161-3 of the Public Order Code, the normal deadlines for receiving applications and offers are made impassable. Thus the contracting authority reduces the time to submit offers to 15 days.
The service is to implement school transport circuits Depending on the routes and times defined in the specifications. The number of provisional operating days for the start of the school year 2025-2026 given as an indication, could be established as follows:
- For colleges and high schools: 175 days/year
- For primary schools: 140 days/year
- 1 Go (morning) 1 return (evening) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 1 go (morning) 1 return (noon) Wednesdays per day depending on the school calendar
The services are allotted, each batch being a framework agreement with order form accompanied by a minimum and maximum expressed in quantity specified Below:
The total quantity of services for the duration of each batch is defined as follows:
- Lot 96
Minimum 300 days / maximum 430 days
- lots 95 and 97
Minimum 260 days / maximum 320 days
