Description:
This consultation follows a procedure declared without follow-up and bearing the reference 2025-3DTM-0002 (initial procedure 73 lots).
This consultation only concerns lots 19-24-52-58-71
Consequently, given the obligation to ensure the continuity of the public transport service Schools, in accordance with article R2161-3 of the public procurement code, the normal deadlines for receiving applications and offers are made impracticable. Thus the contracting authority reduces the time to submit offers to 15 days.
The procedure for the award of this framework agreement, which will be entrusted to school transport companies, breaks down into 161 lines spread over 73 lots.
The performance is to implement the School transport circuits concerned according to the routes and times defined in the specifications. The number of days forecast operating for the start of the school year 2025-2026 given as an indication, could be established as follows:
- For colleges and high schools: 175 days/year
- For primary schools: 140 days/year
- 1 go (morning/1 return evening) per day according to school calendar
The services are allotted, each Lot being a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and maximum expressed in quantity specified below:
- lots 26, 30, 35, 40, 47, 56, 57
Minimum 540 days - maximum 680 days
- Other lots
Minimum 660 days - maximum 820 days
