Description:
The purpose of this market is to carry out the execution of public transport services of travelers in the mountain area in winter, called "skibus" on the stations of Flaine and the Carroz. This is a framework agreement whose duration of the initial period is 72 months from the date ofNotification, scheduled for 07/01/2025. It is renewable twice, the duration of each period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, will not exceed 96 months. Article L. 2125-1 of the public procurement code provides that the duration of a framework agreement cannot exceedFour years, except in case of duly justified necessity. In this case, requested vehicles are urban vehicles with particular technical characteristics used for five months per year and not reusable in other concomitant markets. Thus, the duration of seventy-two months, withPossibility of renewal, is motivated by economic, technical and organizational imperatives inherent in the operation of a seasonal skibus network, and aims to limit the risk of restriction of competition. The deadlines for performing or delivery of the services are set at eachpurchase order. A site visit is possible depending on the conditions for the consultation settlement
