Description:
The purpose of this consultation is: "Exploitation of the Public Penvial Waters Department of the Territory of La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomeration".
The exploitation of the rainwater service includes the management of users, maintenance and maintenance of collection networks and retention workss rainwater. The intervention perimeter of La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomeration within the framework of the Penvial Water Competence integrates:
-The agglomerated perimeter included in the grip of the panels the agglomeration of the municipalities; - urbanized areas attached to the agglomeration perimeter; - THEVillages sanitized in collective wastewater sanitation; - Economic activity zones (ZAE).
are integrated into the Roche-sur-Yon agglomeration rainwater competence:- Public water pipes; - Public rainwater storage basins (basinsSingle storage with single rainwater closed or not, buried storage basins, the regulatory works for rainwater retention works, the routes that are exclusively intended for the exploitation of works and along them. The services are divided into twoGeographic lots. All technical details are developed at CCTP.
