Description:
In order to ensure the conservation of the heritage as well as the continuity of the service, the Coulommiers Pays de Brie agglomeration community wishes to entrust, at the cost and risks of the concessionaire, the production, transport and distribution of drinking water on the northern perimeter of its territorial jurisdiction made up of the following 14 municipalities:
Chamigny, Changis-sur-Marne, Citry, Jouarre, La Ferte-sous-Jouarre, Luzancy, Mery-sur-Marne, Nanteuil-sur-Marne, Reuil-en-Brie, Saint-Jean-les-Deux-Jumeaux, Sainte-Aulde, Sammeron, Sept-Oses, Ussy-sur-Marne
The nature and detail of Services conceded and respective obligations of the delegate authority and the delegate, as well as the means made at the provisions of the future delegate, are specified in the DCE parts.
The concedent exercises the following prerogatives in particular:
- Determination of structure and level service pricing;
- provision of the dealer of the goods necessary for the operation of the service;
- Control of the operating of the service by the concessionaire
