The purpose of this consultation is the attribution of civil leases allowing the exercise by the holder of the local trade activity (general food supermarket), including the development, operation and development of points of sale dedicated to the sale of foodstuffsFood and convenience products in the public areas of the airports of Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
Exploitation of a local trade activity (general food supermarket) for the public within the airports of Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly
lesCivil leases supporting the activity are granted for a period of 8 years, will be effective on January 1, 2026 and for due date on December 31, 2033. These leases are intended to describe the conditions according to which the nine surfaces necessary for the activity are made on disposalof the holder selected and operated on the two airports concerned. As of January 1, 2026, 5 points of sale will be made available to the holder selected, the other four points of sale will be made available to the holder selected gradually, at the deadlines provided for by the file ofConsultation of companies.
