Description:
The operating market for thermal installations is PFI type (service - package - profit -sharing) and MCI type ("counting market - profit -sharing") for the Hubert Robert college in Mereville only, and includes the following services:
- P1: provision of fuel suppliesWood for the pellet boiler of the Hubert Robert de Mereville college
- P2: operating, driving, maintenance, on-call, preventive and corrective maintenance of production and distribution facilities for heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning,Ventilation and related installations
- P3: large maintenance and renewal services of thermal installations, with total guarantee and transparent management
- P5: work: realization of works related to the maintenance of objects of this market, relating to the settingIn accordance or/and improvement of equipment.
This market is global, a service nature will not be able to go without the other: as soon as the P2 is ordered, the holder will also ensure the P3 and P5, except the P5 greater than 50%.
The heritage of the Departmental Council of Essonne (91),concerned by this operating market is made up of colleges and UCP whose consistency and extent are specified at the C.C.T.P.
