Description:
The purpose of this market is to operate and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, wastewater refoulement stations and annexed electromechanical works of collection systems (online storage, metrology) of the member municipalities of Moulins Community.
The operator will have to ensure notably :
- Treatment of effluents in accordance with regulations,
- the treatment, evacuation and elimination of waste from sanitation (apart from the elimination of purification sludge) in accordance with the regulations in force,
- Current maintenance of installations, works and equipment,
- the big maintenance and renewal of the installations,
- The treatment of external products received on the Isles in Avermes treatment plant (emptying materials, leachate, treatment sludge, cleaning products),
- Interventions and services such as defined at CCAP and CCTP.
