Description:
The initial market is made up of 8 lots. Lot 08 is currently under consultation. This consultation only concerns lots 01 to 07 which will each be the subject of a separate allocation and have passed within the framework of a group of orders with the public colleges indicated inCCAP. It is an ordinary public market paid by applying a global and flat price for maintenance services P2 and P3. Part of the services will be performed according to the technique of purchasing the framework agreement to the Moi-de-MONO Association with a maximum amount inApplication of the provisions of articles L.2125-1 1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. This part concerns maintenance services P5. This will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of unit prices, set in the price slipUniters within the following limits: - Lot 01: 250,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract, - lot 02: 350,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract, - lot 03: 200,000 euros excluding tax for the entire contract, - lot 04: 100,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract, -Lot 05: 200,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract, - lot 06: 150,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract, - lot 07: 250,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract, in accordance with article L 2112-2 of the public order code, this market includes a compulsory clause...
