Description:
This market is a service market whose object is the operation and maintenance of divisional tables for all the equipment and installations of the buildings of the Palais des Festivals and Congress of Cannes. The consultation will give rise, in application of articles L. 2125-1-1 , R. 2162-1, R. 2162-2-paragraph 2, R. 2162-4-2 , R. 2162-5, R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, to a mono-attribute framework agreement. It is a composite framework agreement corresponding in part to an ordinary market at a global and flat-rate price (part A), And in part to a framework agreement at unit prices giving rise to the emission of purchase orders (part B). Part A concerns the management of installations, preventive maintenance (systematic and conditional) and the supply of consumables related to maintenance services preventive, as well as the management, management and coordination of the market. Part B concerns labor interventions (CFO engineer/technician), as well as thermographic inspections and related reports, not included in part A.
