- The purpose of this consultation is to the award of a framework agreement aimed at carrying out expertise services in France and internationally on behalf of the ADP Group.
The framework agreement will be allocated as follows:
-Lot 1: PREMAIRE Patrimony expertise
-Lot 2: management total of a disaster declared or not to insurers
-Lot 3: Expertises linked to the arrival or return of a building in the heritage
-Lot 4: Expertises at the end of the ten -year warranty
The services are described in the specifications.
Lot 1 - Priority of heritage expertise
The holder of market will be entrusted with the realization of prior expertise in the heritage of the ADP group. The expertise must relate to all the buildings of each risk designated according to the list given by Aeroports de Paris and its subsidiaries in France as well as the installations, developments and embellishments buildings by destination.
The buildings, all their equipment fixed by nature and by destination as well as the general installations will be subject to a common estimate.
This market will be awarded to a single holder.
Lot 2 - Total management of a disaster declared or not to insurers
The expert Chosen will assist the ADP group on all aspects of the file, techniques, financial and regulatory, depending on the nature of the disaster and this in order to best defend the interests of the ADP group.
