Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices.
The purpose of this market is to be completed by an expert surveyor of certified documents intended to be annexed to authentic acts or contracts and must be indisputable by third parties, as well as expert surveyors in order to facilitate land management.
These include plans of plots sold or exchanged, plots with construction lease or domain convention public, or even easements to be formed.
All the documents made by the expert surveyor will be recorded in the cadastre service but also to the land advertising service.
All the services of this market will have to facilitate the management of land of land on the various Domains of GPMM (Public Maritime Domaine, Public Fluvial and Private Domain) and secure the procedures for transferring ownership or rights or constitution of easements.
The services will be divided into 2 lots: lot 1 "West basins" and Lot 2 "East Basins"
