Description:
This consultation concerns the framework agreement with order formal enforcement relating to the carrying out of surveying and topographers missions on real estate management, construction and/or rehabilitation and/or acquisition/or assumption of assets and/or Demolition and/or residentialization and/or management and/or request for a social utility agreement on the existing heritage which can be made on various residences located in the Val d'Oise department.
The market is allotted, it consists of two lots:
- Lot 1 - Monopoly services of the profession of expert surveyor
- Lot 2 - Speed and topographers
Insofar as neither the rhythm, nor the extent, nor the nature of the interventions can be determined precisely, the contracting authority has decided to use a split market In the form of a market with order pleasures and this in accordance with articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The minimum and maximum amounts on the initial duration of the market (12 months) are as follows:
-Lot n 1 - services under Monopoly of the expert professionals expert
-Messing annual minimum: without
-Annial maximum minimum: 100,000.00 Euro (s) HT
-Lot n 2 - Geometers and topographers services
-Annial maximum number: 200,000.00 Euro (s) HT
