The Executive Recruitment Market for Enedis includes 4 lots:
Lot 1: Recruitment service for executives including doctors (excluding IT, digital, cyber security) (3 beneficiaries maximum)
Lot 2: Recruitment services for executive employees in the IT, digital and cyber security fields (3 maximum beneficiaries)
Lot 3: Headhunting of doctors (work and advice) (maximum 2 successful bidders)
Lot 4: Evaluation service (maximum 2 successful bidders)
Winners of lot 1 cannot be awarded lot 3
The contract will have a duration of 4 years including 2 firm years from 01/07/2026.
Lot 1: Recruitment service for executives including doctors (excluding IT, digital, Cyber)
Description of the purchase: Recruitment services for executive employees in operational units or corporate functions in the electrotechnical fields (Energy, Smart Cities, Smart Grids), customer/commercial, management, support functions (HR, management control, legal, communication, CSR) and medical (occupational medicine, control medicine)
The external recruitment service for executives on permanent contracts begins from the collection of needs until the presentation of qualified candidates in adequacy with the initial need.
The recruitment service in the general case is done by a classic approach (sourcing via job boards made available by Enedis, examination of applications under Enedis recruits (ATS dedicated Talentsoft MyHR), co-optation, etc.) and extended to a mixed approach for profiles...
