Description:
This call for tenders concerns the realization of low -imported road work and normal technicality on departmental roads and various sites in the Gers department.
The form chosen for the execution of the contract is a framework agreement for order orders without minimum and with maximum per year and per batch of 1,000,000 Euro (s) excl.
The contract is awarded to several suppliers under the following conditions: up to 4 economic operators maximum per lot.
The services are broken down into 14 lots.
The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from October 29 2025 or the date of notification of the framework agreement if it is later.
The contract is renewable 3 times maximum
