Description:
The purpose of this market is to entrust the tenure for the execution of regular road services created to ensure, mainly and for students, the service of school educational establishments on the territory of the Troyes Champagne Metropole Agglomeration Community, in its capacity of authority organizing mobility (art. R. 3111-5 of the transport code).
However, and within the limits of available places, non -school users can be admitted to vehicles.
The authority Organizer will entrust the management and monitoring of school transport on its perimeter of competence to the regional public transport of the Trojan agglomeration, called TCAT in this document. These missions will notably consist of management:
-topped workforce: registration Students to school transport, issuance of transport securities, recovery of family participations, relationship management, etc.,
-Network: Modification of routes, implementation of deviations, etc.,
-contracts with carriers: drafting of acts (in particular orders of service), payment of holders of these markets, etc.
Pursuant to articles L2113-10 Public Order Code, this market is allocated as follows:
