Description:
The planned market is aimed at implementation from the start of the school year in January 2026, on Monday, January 5, 2026, regular road transport services of students in adapted or specialized classes, by vehicles of less than 10 places. These special circuits are integratedto the Fluo 54 network of the Grand Est region.
The services are divided into 4 lots; The title of each batch corresponds to the geographic sector where the schools are located to be served and where the students are educated to take care of, regardless of their place of domiciliation. None"Regular line" is provided within the framework of this market.
The period of validity of each market/lot will run from December 18, 2025 or its notification to the holder if it is carried out after this date, until August 31, 2026 (initial duration). The market may be renewedexpressly 3 times per period of 12 months. The market holder will not be able to oppose this renewal.
Each market/lot will be concluded in the form of a mono-attribute framework agreement with order form, without minimum amount and for a maximum amount by execution period of: 137,000Euro (s) H.T for lot n 1, 172,000 Euro (s) H.T for lot n 2, 211,000 Euro (s) H.T for lot n 3 and 236,000 Euro (s) H.T for lot n 4.
