Description:
The Fluo Network 10 carries daily 3,060 primary students and 6,580 secondary students (data 2024-2025). The consultation aims at the implementation from 01/09/2026 or, failing this, from the 1st day of the school year 2026-2027, for a period of 4 school years, transportTravelers (school circuits and regular and on -demand lines) on the Fluo network 10 divided into 10 lots and made up of 257 school circuits and 12 commercial lines (regular and on demand lines). In this context, the services subject to the consultation consist ofThe implementation:- daily, according to the school calendar, of a service to the homes of students to their primary and/or secondary schools,- year-round, of a regular service and at the request of travelers,- in a seasonal way, of a regular service of travelers.The schedules, traffic periods, workforce to be transported and vehicle capacities to be implemented will be detailed in the time sheets transmitted within the framework of the consultation file. It will be up to the candidate to offer, as part of his offer, the sequences of servicesoptimized in terms of operating.
