Description:
Sytral Mobilites, Transport Organizing Authority, wishes to conclude a contract at the end of a competition respecting the principles of the public procurement code to entrust an economic operator with the execution of the public travelers' public transport service that Sytral Mobilites Organize on the territorial jurisdiction of the Villefranche Beaujolais Saone Agglomeration Community, under the Libellule brand until August 31, 2025 then TCL from September 1, 2025.
After the advice of the advisory committee of local public services and the territorial social committee and according to the Choice The organizing authority which remains to be deliberated, the service will be entrusted by a contract whose legal qualification is not determined (service concession or public market).
The provisional duration of the contract is 72 months from January 1, 2028. This duration is given as indicative and may be adjusted. The sub-delegation will be authorized: quota not yet known.
The perimeter of the service will be likely to cover all the missions of operating and maintenance of the equipment necessary for a public service of urban traveler: Transport by bus (urban), coach transport services (school vocation), minibus transport services (TAD and school vocation) and, if necessary, transport services for people with reduced mobility.
