Description:
The main purpose of the services is the management of the quay of the quay of the recycling centers operated under control by Nimes Metropole, in replacement or in addition to the holders of the community. The market also includes surveillance and security services. The perimeter of the contract Includes the six recycling centers in the territory, the top of the quay of which is currently exploited in control. The services, objects of the consultation, are divided into 2 lots. Each of the lots will be the subject of a separate market. The same candidate can present an offer for one, several or each lot. There has no maximum batch number attributable to the same tenderer. The services of each batch are subject to a framework agreement giving rise to the emission of purchase orders, which passed under articles L2125-1-1 , R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. Each Lot is concluded with an economic operator, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The services of the framework agreement will be carried out as the order of order orders issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit price of the price slip Unit, depending on the quantities actually executed. As part of this consultation, the Agglomeration Community of Nimes Metropole acts as a power adjudicator.
