- The contract (framework agreement) covers the following services: - Lot 1: GTC Developments and Maintenance (Centralized Technical Management) - Lot 2: REX Developments and Maintenance (Operating Network) Each lot is concluded in the form of a framework agreement mono-awardee executing as purchase orders are issued and subsequent contracts are concluded, in application of articles L2125-1, R2162-2 and R2162-7 of the Public Procurement Code.
