Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to the award of framework agreements intended to carry out event communication services.
Lot 1 - Corporate event communication ADP Group - Lot mono attribute
Lot 2 - Event communication Paris Airport and EXTEME - LOTMono Association
Lot 3 - Event communication for the various events to be organized by the directions of airports in Paris - Multi -allocated lot (6 maximum holders)
Aeroports de Paris wishes to tenure, for the brands group ADP (LOT1), Paris Airport and EXTEME (LOT 2)long -term event communication agencies, and capitalize on a partnership dynamic. These two lots will be mono-attribute.
These two lots cannot be allocated to the same agency.
Lot 3 will be awarded to 6 maximum holders, for ad-hoc events intendedto the various directions of airports in Paris.
Lot 1 - Corporate event communication ADP GROUP TO ABOI AS APPOINTMENT OF Long -term event communication during the corporate speeches of the ADP group. Below is a non-exhaustive list of affected eventsBy this lot:
- January: CEO ceremonies of the CEO as well as directors of the three Parisian platforms to companies in the airport community and local elected officials.
- February: annual results (and half-yearly results in July)
