Description:
This is a computer framework agreement to maintain operational condition of the Europac solution (hereinafter Europac and/or the solution), as defined in articles 1.2.2 and 2.1 of the CCTP. The services expected are as follows: - reversibility (incoming and outgoing) - Maintenance Corrective, preventive, adaptive - design, developments and implementation of the developments in the base according to the priorized needs of regional management authorities (AGR) and external constraints (regulatory, ASP, ...) - Management of incidents and associated fixes - Management of The Europac technical roadmap - Support for external project leaders - external accommodation and secure exploitation of all the services of the Europac solution The market runs within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the code of code Public procurement between the following regional management authorities (AGR): - The Occitanie Pyrenees -Mediterranee region, acting as coordinator of the group, - the Bourgogne Franche Comte region, - The Grand Est region, - The Guadeloupe region, - The Hauts -de -France region - Le Department of Reunion, - The local authority of Guyana - The Martinique local authority The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
