- Establishment of a skills center for providing cyber security support services The i-TEAM, Telecom Network and Security Service (STRS), Cyber Crime Service (SLCC) and the Reviews and Tests department (ATS) of La Poste wish to supplement the cyber security skills of their teams by entrusting a service provider with the establishment of a skills center which will enable them to cover the following needs in terms of resources: - assistance with carrying out intrusion tests - management and production of regulatory safety notices - technical security expertise - support for cybersecurity management and advice - Cloud operational security consulting and development The market is not allotment The service will take place in mainland France. The prescribing management is based in Nantes The processing of La Poste data, including hosting, storage and/or consultation, must be located within the Union. European (EU), from a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), from a country recognized as adequate by the European Union. The consultation file which will be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements linked to this requirement.
