The purpose of this framework agreement is the implementation of a project resource center. 1. 1 - Context In order to successfully complete all the priority projects of the regional roadmap, the Digital Transformation Department (DTN) wishes to establish a project resource center. This device will allow the community to mobilize experts, whose mission will be to support the gradual increase in skills of regional agents, while strengthening the quality and efficiency of the implementation of certain priority projects...
