- The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of twelve (12) months from the date of notification
fixing the start of execution of the services and constituting the anniversary date of the framework agreement.
The framework agreement can be renewed on a three-year anniversary date three (3) times twelve (12) months.
The renewal is tacit and the holder cannot oppose it. The contracting authority reserves however reserves
the possibility of not renewing the framework agreement on the birthday date for notice of
Four (4) months.
