- The municipality of Cilaos has regained its competence in tourism since January 1, 2025. In this context, and to ensure a resumption of this competence in the best conditions, the community wishes to benefit from support in this process. This consultation aims to provide strategic and operational support to the municipality during the deployment phase of its Public Establishment of Industrial and Commercial Character (EPIC) Tourism. The service provider's mission will focus on all strategic, operational and institutional aspects necessary for the deployment of EPIC Tourism as well as the implementation of the action plan adopted by the municipality.
