Description:
In accordance with articles D32010 and following of the Energy Code, RTE wishes to initiate a revision of the regional schemes for the connection of renewable energy (S3RENR) on each of the regions of the French territory at the latest in January 2026. A strategic environmental assessment must Be implemented for each revision, in accordance with articles L. 1224 and following and R. 12217 and following of the environment code.
S3RENR revisions are to be developed within two years, each strategic environmental assessment will be carried out according to a schedule allowing to hold this overall two -year period.
After the first revisions on each administrative region, 2 cases arise:
-The S3renr is renewed (maximum twice, and for a maximum total duration of two years)
-The S3renr is again revised and gives rise to a new Strategic environmental assessment, under renewal or revision conditions as before.
The subject of this market relates to the first two strategic environmental assessments of the S3RENR revisions, with an option on the third.
