Description:
The subject of the order is the realization of the environmental assessment report of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park project project, aimed at analyzing the predictable effects of the Park Charter on the Environment, motivating the choices made and exposing the provisions and measurespreventive, corrective and monitoring planned. Furthermore, this study aims to verify consistency: -tain of the document: between the different guidelines, measures and provisions, and non -contradiction within the Charter -External, with the strategies, plans and programs which are superior to it: European or national strategies, regional, departmental schemes ... The environmental evaluation approach is initiated before the finalization of the charter preliminary project in order to allow an enrichment of the latter with regard to its effects on the environment. In fact the holder ofMarket will carry out the study in parallel with the work of writing the charter project carried out by the team of the mixed union. The study will be cut into several phases, a first on the basis of the concertation approach, the diagnosis and the preliminary project of Charter; A second following the opinionIntermediary of the rapporteurs and the last following the finalization of the Charter project and before the examination by the environmental authority.
