Description:
The purpose of the contract is to carry out a **regulatory environmental assessment** as part of the **partial revision of the land use plan (POS)** of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin.
This mission aims to:
- Guarantee that environmental issues are taken into account throughout throughout the partial revision procedure of the POS, in accordance with European directive 2001/42/EC and articles L.122-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code,
- Provide an in-depth and detailed analysis of the environmental impacts of the partial revision of the POS,
- Propose measures avoidance, reduction and compensation (ERC) of identified impacts,
- Write and submit an environmental assessment report in compliance with regulatory requirements, for inclusion in the file submitted to the public inquiry scheduled for July 2026,
- Assist the Community in integration observations made by the Regional Environmental Authority Mission (MRAE) in the final report.
The contract is concluded for a period of 15 months from its notification, with an estimated amount of 350,000 euros excluding taxes, and provides for the delivery of deliverables in digital and paper format. according to the specifications of the consultation file.
