- One of the activities of the DSIT/Architects team is the realization of IS enterprise architecture studies.
This activity takes place upstream of IS governance missions
It helps to identify and understand the major transformations to come in the businesses and their predicted consequencesonnals on the IS. This is done by mapping the business macro-processes, the business objects and the IS macro-functions that will have to be developed to meet the challenges of the future business.
This work takes two forms:
-In a given business domain, the forward-looking vision is a "note ofth domain".
-On a transverse value chain in the company, the prospective vision is a "roadmap" or a "master plan".
In both cases, the work of an enterprise architect sheds light on the governance of the IS on the projects to open.
