Energy storage - Call for applications for the supply of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries and, if applicable, the inverter, transformer, and operation and maintenance (O&M) for the DC or DC+AC part of an energy storage project in France (Variscourt).
EDF Power Solutions, a leader in renewable energy production and a subsidiary of the EDF group, carries the group's ambitions in renewable energies. The market concerns the installation of batteries and the potential operation and maintenance of a storage project in Variscourt (Hauts-de-France region). The storage facility has the following characteristics: - Battery capacity: 95 MWh - Battery power: 47.5 MW - Technology: LFP (lithium iron phosphate) - Project duration: 25 years - COD: Q1/2028 Execution part: The contractor must provide and install the lithium iron phosphate batteries and, if applicable, the inverter and transformer that meet the technical specifications and safety standards of EDF Power Solutions. Operation - Maintenance part: The operation and maintenance of the site will be based on a contract with a maximum duration of 25 years. The contractor must take into account all the technical characteristics of the project related to the execution phase.
