- The energy renovation of the Murviel-les-Montpellier school group concerns several buildings: the elementary school, the nursery school, the Escola, the leisure center, the media library, the school restaurant. The main works to be carried out is as follows: renovation ofHeating and ventilation, installation of photovoltaic panels, production of heat by a heat pump water/low water temperature on geothermal probes, blanket work, thermal insulation of ITI or ITE premises, facelift work, insulation and ceilings,painting work, replacement of joinery, electrical work (repair of cabinets, change of lighting, ...), installation of technical management of the building (GTB). This operation is part of a global environmental quality approach according to the sustainable building repositoryOccitanie (BDO), Silver level. This approach aims to guarantee quality construction.
