Description:
The contract concerns the energy renovation and accessibility of the La Tourelle house in Domont. The work aims to improve the thermal comfort, energy performance and accessibility of the building. Lot 1 includes the structural work, exterior fittings and insulation of facades (ITE, VRD, masonry). Lot 2 deals with interior thermal insulation (walls, slopes, attics, floors, fire partitions - approx. 500 m2). Lot 4 provides for the replacement of exterior and interior joinery, shutters, glass roof and security elements. Lot 5 concerns interior fittings: partitions, moldings, acoustic ceilings and painted finishes (approx. 600 m2). Lot 6 concerns floor and wall coverings (tiles, parquet, earthenware) and securing stairs. Lot 7 includes HVAC and plumbing installations: 1U gas boiler, 12U radiators, 2U VMC and disabled toilets. Lot 8 includes electricity, lighting, SSI, cabling and commissioning tests. Lot 9 provides for the complete installation of an elevator compliant with standards PMR.
