- As part of its 2023 heritage strategic plan, Cote d'Azur Habitat launched an energy rehabilitation operation on 28 residences divided into two geographic lots in the department of the Alpes Maritimes as follows: - Lot 1: Residences under management of antibes agencies,Carros, bringing together 14 residences, and totaling 243 dwellings, - Lot 2: residences under the management of Menton agencies, the forum, las planas, bringing together 14 residences, and totaling 299 dwellings, redeveloped in 3 geographic sublocves called Lot 2A, lot 2b, lot 2c. The description of the works andTheir technical specifications are defined in the specific technical clauses of each lot. The purpose of this market is to work for energy rehabilitation of Lot 2A, made up of 5 residences (agency Le Risso, agency Le Palais, Villa Amandine agency, Lou Right agency,Les Hameaux de la Tour agency). Interventions will have to allow both operation adapted to the needs of tenants, but also to offer quality habitat and to offer virtuous housing on the environment. These interventions which will take place in occupied sites,will have to allow all of these residences to improve labels of Energy Performance Diagnostics (DPE).
