This consultation relates to a global performance market (MGP) within the meaning of article L.2171-3 of the Public Order Code (CCP), for design, realization and exploitationof the renovation and energy and functional improvement project of the Etienne Gagnaire Nautical Center (CNEG) in Villeurbanne.
The provisional duration of the overall performance market is 87 months, broken down as follows:
- "Design" phase: 9 months from the notification of the market,
-"Realization" phase: 18 months from the order of service service,
- "Operation and maintenance" phase of the installations: 60 months from reception, including the two optional sections over the 4th and 5th years.
