Description:
The CDG38 (otherwise appointed buyer) proceeds to this consultation in order to propose a framework contract of social action in the form of restaurant titles to communities and public establishments in Isère. Communities must give mandate to the Isère management center to participate. The CDG38 thus wishes to support the local authorities of the department in their concern to develop social action in favor of territorial agents (hereinafter referred to as beneficiaries). It is indeed a major lever during the recruitments of staff. After the award of the market, each local authority / public establishment, affiliated or not to the CDG38 and wishing to join the framework contract, must sign an agreement with the CGD38. The quantity of securities to be provided may vary during the execution of the market according to the number of communities adhering to the framework contract and their needs, without the holder being able to raise a dispute, nor claim compensation.
