Embellishment of the sea esplanade-ladies and hedgehogs in the town of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. The market is the subject of a decomposition into 2 lots: - lot n 1: Various roads and networks - Lot n 2: green spaces and furniture. The lots are cut into a firm edge(Demoiselles sector) and an optional tranche (Herissons sector). Each candidate is authorized to present an offer for a single or more lots. No required variant or PSE. The forecast date for market notification is set for July 24, 2025. Market notification is not worthNo order to start the services. An order of service will specify the date of start of execution of the work on the site of the firm tranche (preparation period fixed for August 25, 2025). The overall time of execution of all lots is 26 weeks, including period of preparation for4 weeks, both for the firm tranche (reception of the work at the end of February 2026), as for the optional tranche if it is affected (preparation period from the end of August 2026, start of the work September 2026 and reception of the work at the end of February 2027).
